Yishun Park ( updated Feb 15 '14 Jan 18 '14 and again in the PM) as i try to put all the birds seen from this park in this one single location.
Early am Feb 09 2012 - the dry spell had prompted leave/ shedding of many deciduous trees. |

I stood at the overhead bridge and trying to locate the sweet singing note ... finally nailed it down. |
One chap dismounted from his bike and join me. He pulled the cover off his birdie cage - a red-eye bulbul was in it. His comment was the Magpie up in the tree can be reared as singing bird. |

Sunday Jan 26 - a sweet singing making everyone looking up from just outside KTP Ntuc fairprice canteen. Soon the sound was traced to this robin. |

Another view of the sunbird. Saw this Olive backed male sun bird jumping from one flower to another attracted by the bright orange red flowers along the footpath of Yishun Pond near the hospital. |

Sun birds are fearless of people, she was just less than 5 feet away from a pedestrian footpath where i stood. |
Attracted by the Saraca caulifflora flower's nectar you can find them hanging upside down. |
